Police in Glenrothes are appealing for information to find a woman reported missing from the area. Kathleen Ritchie, 35, is thought to have been last seen around 8.20pm on Friday, 21 May in the Annandale Gardens area and has not been seen or heard from since. Public toilets at six popular Edinburgh spots are set to reopen at the end of the month. Final safety checks are being carried out on the toilets, and once approved by the Council they will be back open. Edinburgh pensioner dies in fatal road crash

A 76-year-old woman died in a fatal car crash in Edinburgh this morning. Police were called to Saxe Coburg Place in Stockbridge by eyewitnesses, at around 10am on Friday morning. Emergency services quickly responded, with around five police vehicles and several ambulances attending the incident. However, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Stockholm Arena gets new name in honour of Avicii

The Stockholm Arena has been renamed in honour of the much loved DJ Avicii.
