The high profile anti-vaxxer has today lost the final stage of a legal battle to remain in the country and defend his Australian Open Title.

Him and his team were stuck in the airport 10 days ago with reports suggesting that it’s due to a mix up with visas. Metro reports the error is likely to relate to “a sub-class of visa that does not apply to those who have received medical exemptions from a Covid-19 vaccine.”

Novak Djokovic will have to leave the country.

He had recieved a medical exemption for the tournament, but didn’t fulfill border force entry requirements.

He was held in a detention hotel with his parents stating he had been taken prisoner.
