2 WEEKS TO GO : Edinburgh Christmas Market

In less than 14 days, an iconic part of Edinburgh’s annual festivities will return; Edinburgh’s Christmas. The event will run from the 19th of November to 4th of January. The Sun reports plans for the event to be “back with a bang” after last years celebrations were postponed due to COVID-19.

One of the event’s highlights is the ice rink which will be making a comeback on George Street is sponsored by low cost supermarket, Lidl. Meanwhile, East Princes Street Gardens will be hosting the market stalls with food and drink on sale throughout the event.

Tickets are available for purchase for the ice skating, big wheel and Santa’s grotto via the Edinburgh Christmas website.
