A YouGov Poll shows the UK's most frequent NY resolutions

A poll of hundreds of UK adults has highlighted the most common New Years Resolutions that the general public take on after Christmas every year.

Each percentage equals the amount of the surveyed adults who felt each resolution applied to them.

1) Do more exercise (53%)

2) Loosing weight (48%)

3) Improving my diet (39%)

4) Saving more money (39%)

5) Spending more time with my family (22%)

6) Pursuing a career of ambition (18%)

7) Decorating part of my home (15%)

8) Taking up a new hobby (15%)

9) Spending less time on social media (15%)

10) Cutting down on drinking (12%)
