Toyah Wilcox will be joining the cast of new show, “NOW That’s What I Call A Musical” as the special guest star for its Edinburgh performances.

The show, created by award-winning comedian, Pippa Evans and directed by Craig Revel Horwood, started its UK and Ireland tour in September 2024.

The Strictly star, known for her impressive career in music, acting, and television, boasts a discography of thirteen top 40 singles among many other accolades. Her contributions to entertainment have made her an iconic figure since the 1980s, marked by her hit singles like "It's A Mystery" and "I Want to Be Free."

NOW That’s What I Call A Musical, celebrates the beloved NOW compilation albums, featuring a range of hits from iconic artists such as Blondie, Eurythmics, and Tears For Fears. The plot revolves around two friends, Gemma and April, as they navigate life from their teenage dreams in 1989 to a high school reunion in 2009, filled with nostalgia and humour.

Performances are set to take place at the Edinburgh Playhouse from February 25th to March 1st, 2025.

The show features a talented cast led by Nina Wadia and Sam Bailey in lead roles, with a dynamic ensemble supporting them.
